With the changing travel advisories and newer regulations coming into the picture, we understand that deciding and booking an event can get tricky. 

The program voucher will be valid for a lifetime, transferable and can be redeemed across any program that we offer.

You can now plan your event without worrying about last-minute cancellations. 

 

Booking Policies

  • Complete payment of the program’s fees through the booking portal.

  • Travellers need to accept the company terms and conditions and policies while signing up

  • Should have a valid ID proof and produce the same for the program 

  • Booking will be done only through a website without the involvement of any agents. 

 

Friendly cancellation policies because we know how difficult It is to cancel the program 

  • If cancellations are made 5 days before the date of travel, then 0.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 3 days to 4 days before the date of travel, then 40.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made 0 hours to 2 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Payment Terms:

  • 100.0% of the total event cost will have to be paid at the time of booking.

Refund Policy:

  • Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
  • Refunds in the form of vouchers will be transferred within 3 business days.
  • In case of natural calamities (snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes) or unexpected political unrest, curfews, local riots, or lockdowns – Full amount refund in the form of vouchers which can be redeemed within one year from the date of issue, with the voucher you can sign up for the programs in the future. 

Confirmation Policy :

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
  • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
